When I got my first flash, I thought I knew what I was doing...used to thinking flashes being way to intense, I tried to "compensate" by shooting it at 125, instead of at 60 or under...obviously, yeah I know, "Duh!", I mean really don't judge me bro- the shutter cannot keep up with the burst of light. But, anyway, here is a picture from downtown...during the Oscar Grant sentencing rally.

Nice work man. I was at the rally taking photos as well. I can almost remember seeing you taking that shot. I was photographing the chess players too.
