During the Oscar Grant Rally, there was admittedly a ton of downtime. People who weren't watching the speakers, or staring into riot cops shielded, pig like eyes, were kind of just wandering around. People got kind of bored even. Skaters however took the opportunity to rage on an empty Broadway. Good.
